How to massage the muscles at the base of your skull and around the head. Tension in these muscles can contribute to nerve pain referral into the face and jaw, as well as headaches.

Perform 1 minute, 2-3x daily.

There should be minimal pain during these exercises. As these muscles can become quite tight, it is normal to experience mild discomfort. If pain increases, pause until you can speak to your treating therapist.
