SELF-MASSAGE TECHNIQUES: EAR FULLNESS & RINGING
Techniques used to massage the muscles around your head, ear and jaw to open passages and reduce pulling/fullness symptoms.
Perform 30 seconds per area, 3x daily.
There should be minimal pain during these exercises. As these muscles can become quite tight, it is normal to experience mild discomfort. If pain increases, pause until you can speak to your treating therapist.
