3 great self massage techniques to continue your therapy at home. Your pain or clicking may be due to tight muscles, apply pressure and perform to help reduce the muscle spasm.

Perform each exercise for 20 repetitions, 1-2x daily.

There should be minimal pain during these exercises. If pain persists or increases, pause until you can speak to your treating therapist.
