Training the facial and jaw muscles how to open softly and in a relaxed way. Some muscles become too active and need to be trained to ensure proper mechanics can resume when we open and close.

Perform this exercise as instructed by your treating practitioner. Typically 10-20 repetitions, 2x daily.

There should be minimal to no pain during this exercise. If pain increases, pause until you can speak with your treating therapist.
