Cathy graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an honours degree in Kinesiology. She graduated at the top of her class from Sutherland Chan Massage Therapy School in 1997 and has been putting her top-notch education to good use for 22 years.
Throughout Cathy’s career, she developed an approach of not only treating your specific pain or injury, but also addressing the root of the problem, thereby correcting and restoring the body’s optimal health and performance.

Her practice is treatment based, using deep tissue, Swedish, and head scrubbing techniques. Clients appreciate her firm approach and knowledge which enables her to quickly identify and treat the underlying problems to restore function.

Cathy provides her clients with effective treatments and the tools and knowledge to lead a healthy and active lifestyle with a decreased incidence of injury to ultimately maintain wellness.
